Protoje announces more US tour dates

On the heels of his fourth album 'A Matter Of Time' debuting at number one on the US Billboard Reggae Album Chart, Jamaican star Protoje has announced new dates for the end of the summer across the west coast.

The shows fall amid his recently announced pair of dates supporting Lauryn Hill's tour.

Protoje is currently in Europe for the second leg of his A Matter Of Time Tour. He is hitting the festival circuit hard, including coveted spots on Reading and Leeds in England, Lowlands in The Netherlands, and Rototom Sunsplash in Spain.

This is the second time Protoje has hit the top position on the reggae chart after 'Ancient Future' in 2015.

Among his west coast dates, he will be in Fresno, California on September 1 at Tower Theatre, Los Angeles on September 5 at Echoplex and in Las Vegas, Nevada two days later at The Joint with Lauryn Hill and Nas.

Ffurious rocks Chicago

Seventeen Media Group recording artiste Ffurious is all smiles as he recently delivered two very exciting performances at the International Festival of Life in Chicago.

Sharing the stage with the likes of Romain Virgo and Boukman Eksperyans, he proved that he was equal to the task.

Ffurious held the audience spellbound during his set as he reeled off songs from his recently released My Time EP, including the title track, You Know I Do and Out A Mi Life.

"Performing at the International Festival of Life was a great experience. The people showed me a lot of love. I'm very grateful to promoters for giving me the opportunity to showcase my talent for the people of Chicago, and I'm looking forward to performing in Chicago again very soon," said Ffurious.

Popular actor and adult entertainment coordinator Garfield 'Bad Boy Trevor' Reid hosts popular party Gyal Farm Sundays summer pool party dubbed 'Summer Slam' at the Olympia Crown Hotel on Molynes Road on Sunday.
